Ursa has a chimenea and large screened in porch with a rustic dining table & rockers to make the most of its ideal waterfront location. Ursa Manor was constructed atop a steep hill overlooking one of the deepest and widest portions of beautiful Fightingtown Creek. The minute you pull in the cabin?s drive you can hear the water rushing below, making it perfect for guests who want the tranquil sounds of a noisy waterfront cabin. Stairs have been constructed to safely transport guests from the back of the cabin and porch with the bubbling hot tub down to the shaded sitting area on a small deck overlooking the creek just below. There is even walk in access to Fightingtown Creek, and the water is swift and deep enough to kayak or tub downstream. |

Sans Souci is a charming vacation spot, with plenty of tall pines to shade the cabin and seclude you from the world outside. The lush landscaping around the cabin gives it a cozy feel, with attractive shrubbery, flowers, and bushes that augment the cabins natural setting. The cabin itself is just as enchanting as the surrounding countryside. Constructed with beautiful dark logs from lumber cut from Sans Soucis property, and secured with half dovetail notching and white chinking, Sans Souci has a truly old-fashioned architectural feel. A wide porch nearly wraps entirely around the cabin, offering guests a place to lounge in comfy rocking chairs and gaze out over the forest below. |

The raging whitewater rapids of the Ocoee River are also just a short drive away as well as the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway and historic downtown shopping district.
Nature�s Retreat is the only cabin in our rental program with a lush, fenced backyard, so guests with children or pets would have a hard time finding another mountain retreat that offers the same peace of mind. |
